Using LightSail services

Our services may include website content, game experiences, creator tools, utilities, support materials, and beta or preview builds. You may use them only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and any separate platform rules that apply through an app store, operating system, or payment provider.

Accounts, subscriptions, and store terms

Some LightSail products may offer paid features, subscriptions, in-app purchases, or store-managed entitlements. Billing, cancellation, refunds, and transaction controls may be handled by the relevant store or payment partner, and their additional terms may also govern your purchase.

Conduct we do not allow

You may not interfere with service security, cheat or manipulate gameplay where a game product is involved, exploit bugs for unfair advantage, scrape or copy service content at scale, upload unlawful or infringing material, reverse engineer beyond what law allows, or use our services in a way that harms other users, business partners, or LightSail operations.

Ownership and feedback

Unless otherwise stated, all content, art, copy, interface elements, software, gameplay systems, brands, and other intellectual property in LightSail services belong to us or our licensors. If you submit ideas, reviews, or product feedback, you allow us to use that feedback to improve present and future services without further approval or payment.

Availability and changes

We may add, remove, update, localize, or discontinue any feature, product, or region availability at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is misuse, legal risk, payment abuse, or security harm connected to your use.

Disclaimers and liability limits

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LightSail services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, specific business results, or that every service will remain available indefinitely. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services.
